Too much development of open spaces without true examination of the traffic burden, economic impact on residential areas, impact on schools, and health services.

As well, consideration for the environment and the creatures living there should be part of the whole picture. When you pave over open spaces, you cover wildlife homes, push out plants and animals, and reduce the very reason we all love living here. If I want to live surrounded by concrete, I should go to New York. Because that's the way we are headed.
