Too much growth, lack of water

The growth and lack of water, which raises our water prices. It’s almost as if they are doing it on purpose to extort more money from us, yet we are using the same amount of water or less. Why isn’t there a program (lower costs) for people who have lived here for years? Why haven’t the cities and counties put a growth ordinance in place like the City of Boulder City did years ago? The growth is effectively bringing all the negativity.
