Clark County Nevada has a persistent problem with people who choose not to obey traffic laws. Running red lights is common, speeding, aggressive driving, driving under the influence, etc. is a daily problem. Unfortunately law enforcement can’t be everywhere so drivers ignore the traffic laws.
