Trash around Reno area

The trash around the Reno area is disgusting. Along the highways, in the open areas. Next to north valley park was a beautiful place to walk until it became a dumping ground for yard debris, couches, broken toilets and people living there, in tents and broke down trailers. Out North Virginia street as there is trash dumped right next to the road and just up some of the roads.
