USPS Tracking

As a small business owner who ships packages through USPS, one of my biggest frustrations is dealing with missing or undelivered parcels. The moment something goes wrong, the real ordeal begins — getting a live agent on the phone can take hours, time I simply don't have. What makes this even more frustrating is knowing that better systems exist elsewhere. In Canada, wait times for parcel inquiries are significantly shorter. In other countries, customers can resolve issues through live online chat with a real human agent who can pull up their shipment and provide real answers in real time. USPS needs to modernize its customer support infrastructure. A live chat option, shorter hold times, and proactive shipment updates would go a long way toward reducing the burden on small business owners like me. When a package goes missing, we're not just losing a parcel — we're losing time, customer trust, and money. The technology and the models already exist. There's no reason the United States should be behind.

Not just phone hold times - We can't even get anyone at our PO to answer the phone. Rings about 20 times then disconnects. The other day I redialed for over 2 hours and nobody ever answered. My package has been missing for a month. Was delivered to somewhere else than my mail box. Because tracking shows as delivered - the company will not refund my purchase. I'm out over $200 and I have to reorder for another $200. I hope I can file a claim against USPS for my time and money!
