“Zombie” property of NYE County

The undeveloped land/property that has been previously sold and now it’s time for the owners to develop their ”forever” homes but the zoning/planning office won’t allow building permits is an unfair practice and these owners should be refunded all taxes paid since purchase and given the opportunity to sell back the property or never pay taxes again since it cannot be developed. Legislation needs to set this right for those citizens involved in this unjust action.
